Fair pay
We strive to pay everyone on the team fairly and measure our success not by the highest, but by the lowest salary. In May 2024, our wages ranged from €20.26 (mini-job social media) to €32.70 (development) net per hour.

As a startup, we sometimes work like crazy. But no job should keep people from their lives, so we do our best to make sure we all have time for the things that truly matter!
Sustainability
Our servers have been running on green energy since day one. Beyond that, we try to save and offset when it comes to travel, equipment, and everything else. And since tracking is hard, we overcompensate just to be safe.
